Service Description

Live in-person & Hybrid Gentle Yoga Class. This group class is the perfect starting point for beginners and those new to yoga and anyone interested in improving flexibility and stress-management. Participate live and in-person or log-on with Zoom link and enjoy your yoga class from the comfort of your own home. Online registration is required.
