Service Description
A multi-level hybrid yoga class designed to meet the needs of beginners and experienced yogis by simultaneously offering options to make the postures either more challenging or more gentle; students choose the exact right level of intensity to meet their needs. Helpful props include: yoga blocks, strap, blanket & cushion. Attend live and in-person or log-on with Zoom link and enjoy your yoga class from the comfort of your own home. Online registration is required. Registration Fee: $40 for 4 classes* Dates: March 7, 14, 21 & 28 Tuesday, 6-7 p.m. *Sliding Scale Donation Options available when registering online
