Service Description
A multi-level gentle yoga class designed to meet the needs of beginners and experienced yogis by simultaneously offering options to make the postures either more challenging or more gentle; students choose the exact right level of intensity to meet their needs. Helpful props include: yoga blocks, strap, blanket & cushion. Attend live and in-person or log-on with Zoom link and enjoy your yoga class from the comfort of your own home. Online registration is required. May-June, 2023 6-Week All-Level Gentle Yoga Class Session RPI C &CC. Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m. Dates: 5/23, 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27 Tuesday, 6-7 p.m. RPI Chapel & Cultural Center Classes are by donation.Register online at www.emeraldmindbody.com Suggested donation $10 by the class, $40 for the session
